The secret of the success of Vidya Jyoti is its staff. They are professionally competent, hard working, just and committed to their vocation. They teach the children to dream and turn them into reality. We encourage them to be the best in whatever they do. We depute our faculty members to refresher courses and workshops to upgrade their knowledge and skills. In-service programmes and motivational seminars are conducted in our institution every year to refresh the knowledge of our faculty members.
